Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority has restructured bus service for Southeast Erie. In efforts to grow ridership on routes 13 and 105, EMTA will consolidate the service to offer more options for riders.

Mike Tann, Executive Director of Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority, states; “The EMTA is excited about the next step in providing daily connection service between southeastern Erie County and the urbanized transit area of Erie, PA. This service will enhance educational, employment and needed services opportunities both in Erie and in the new service areas.”

The route will provide multiple trips to Waterford, Union City, and Corry Monday through Friday. The route will begin in Downtown Erie, travel south on Route 19 to Waterford, east on Route 97 to Union City, east on 6n to Corry, then operate the current Corry Loop schedule while making additional trips to Erie.

The service will be branded as ‘Route 105-Corry’. The current Route 13 Friday schedule will be discontinued with the new service launch. EMTA will launch Route 105-Corry starting on Monday, August 28th, 2017.
